Nooph is hiring an experienced Telesales Associate Manager on behalf of our reputed client in the Lending Loan Industry, located in Bangalore.
As a Telesales Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading a high-performing telesales team of 50-100 callers. Your key responsibilities will include setting and achieving weekly & monthly sales targets, designing data-driven sales strategies, managing campaigns over dialers, analyzing performance, and ensuring high-quality output from the team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Data science-driven targeting of users requiring loans.
- Expertise in managing dialer systems, running campaigns, prioritizing follow-ups, and optimizing dialing attempts.
- Differentiate marketing channel attributions to measure calling contributions versus other channels (CRM, Performance).
- Strong knowledge of user profiles relevant for loan approvals.
- Handling data, team performance analysis, and quality audits of calls.
- Drive sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing ones.
- Daily call audits and performance reporting for the team and agencies.
- Monitor and evaluate agency performance against KPIs.
- Implement and manage effective sales strategies.
- Analyze call statistics to improve team sales performance.
- Ensure targets and current sales positions are communicated effectively to the team.
- Compile and present detailed sales reports.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in telesales and 4-5 years managing teams of 50-100 callers in the Lending Loan Industry.
- Strong leadership, sales, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Excellent organizational skills.
