Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Field Service (FSL) solutions using Apex, LWC, triggers, workflows, and integrations.
Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows, and work orders.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and contribute to Agile/Scrum processes.

Required Skills:
Salesforce FSL expertise, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs
FSL mobile customization & offline capabilities
Agile/Scrum experience
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning Consultant) preferred
