Role Overview
We are seeking a Team Lead – Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystems. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end FSL implementations, manage a skilled team, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Salesforce FSL implementation projects.
Oversee a team of Salesforce developers/consultants, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, solutions, and best practices.
Drive CI/CD and DevOps processes within Salesforce projects.
Ensure code quality through automated testing frameworks and peer reviews.

Preferred Skills & Expertise
Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL).

Additional Cloud Knowledge: Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with deployment pipelines and release management.

Testing Frameworks: Proficiency in Apex Unit Tests, Jest, or similar testing tools.
Strong problem-solving and team leadership abilities.
